Pre-Order Policy
Where items are listed as pre-order, stock is not currently held at MashMart and is available at respective suppliers. Upon receiving orders from customers, we'll place the order for the relevant item within 12 hours.
If stock is not available at the supplier, we will contact customers to make alternative arrangements, whether that be allowing additional delivery time, selecting an alternative product or offering a refund.
